About the Association

Founded by local owners in 2004, the Mercer County Landlords Association is a member-governed local association affiliated with the West Virginia Landlords Association.

Our mission

Stronger owners, better housing, healthier communities

We exist to educate, equip, and represent the people who provide rental housing in Mercer County. By raising professional standards and giving owners a collective voice, we help create safe, well-managed homes and a fair operating environment for responsible landlords.

Membership is open to rental-property owners, managers, and industry participants in the region. MCLA connects that local community to WVLA's statewide network and advocacy mission.
